Reed J. Caldwell
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

In 1995, University of Richmond sophomore Reed Caldwell founded ServInt Internet Services with a small loan and a handful of credit cards. As the company began to take off, demanding more of Mr. Caldwell's attention, he dedicated all of his time to pursuing his dream of building a world-class hosting company. Mr. Caldwell used his computer science expertise in ServInt's early days to manage the company's technical as well as business affairs. As the company grew, he developed into a visionary corporate leader who guided ServInt from three employees to becoming one of the most successful privately held Internet providers in the nation. Today, Caldwell continues to inspire growth and development through his innovative ideas and unique leadership.

Christian Dawson
Vice President of Operations

Mr. Dawson oversees the development of ServInt's dynamic corporate Marketing, PR and Business Development departments. He manages ServInt's customer service and support initiatives and directly manages ServInt's sales staff.

His enthusiasm and zeal drive the creativity of his staff, inspiring them to produce exciting and fresh ideas for ServInt's development and marketing. He sits on the board of the United States Internet Industry Association (USIIA) where he chairs their Hosting Council. He has been a contributor to numerous publications including ISPWorld magazine, Boardwatch and Bandwidth Properties. Mr. Dawson received his bachelor's degree in Leadership, followed by an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has been with the company since 1998.

Matthew Loschert
Vice President of Technology

Mr. Loschert oversees the company's technical operations, coordinating the development of new products, managing the continual evolution of the company's technical infrastructure and operations, and ensuring that the company is always on the forefront of developing trends in the industry.

Mr. Loschert came to ServInt from one of the world's largest international consulting firms. His background in systems and technology integration has proven indispensable while leading ServInt's product development and infrastructural engineering efforts. His leadership and technical guidance have allowed ServInt to launch many key initiatives, including the highly successful VPS product line. Mr. Loschert graduated with honors from the University of Richmond and has been with ServInt since 1998.

Curtis Berry
Senior Systems Engineer

Mr. Berry joined ServInt shortly after its inception and has applied his management background, along with his formidable engineering skills, to develop and implement the vast majority of the OSS which ServInt employs today. With a strong leadership background as a fire and rescue specialist, he is continuously able to parlay his skills into the management of projects that create new and innovative systems, continually improving customer products, and the ServInt customer experience as a whole. Mr. Berry has been with ServInt since 1997

Kevin Nicastro
Senior Network Engineer

Mr. Nicastro has over 12 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining IP networks. Prior to joining ServInt in 2004, Mr. Nicastro was an engineer and consultant for four of the top Internet Service Providers ranging in size from regional to global. He is well connected in the industry, maintaining personal relationships with many of his peers who run today's largest networks. His extensive experience and reputation help give ServInt a competitive edge over other hosting companies. His efforts keep the ServInt network a well-respected picture of stability and security throughout the industry.

Brian Loomis
Director of Engineering

Mr. Loomis' past management experience has been diverse, from the nonprofit arena to the retail world. After receiving an IT-intensive education, Mr. Loomis joined ServInt in 1998, and soon assumed the role of NOC Manager. His hard work and dedication has allowed him to rise quickly through the ranks of the organization. Today, as Director of Engineering, Mr. Loomis manages the team that handles product provisioning, hardware management, and high level technical troubleshooting. His goal is to determine how best to manage the growing complexity of providing superior technical offerings in a constantly evolving, highly competitive industry.

Michael Witty
Director of Managed Services

Mr. Witty has been with ServInt since 2000, and heads ServInt's Managed Services group. In that role he is in charge of efforts to enhance ServInt's top-notch customer service. He manages ServInt's largest department, skillfully implementing and maintaining escalation policies and procedures that allow the ServInt NOC and its multiple tiers to operate at optimum efficiency. Mike has proven adept at determining how best to maintain and constantly improve the customer experience at ServInt. As manager of ServInt's front-line technical response team, he has helped to bring a fresh perspective in customer-service to the company.

Leslie Molina
Controller

Ms. Molina manages ServInt's billing and accounting efforts. She has been with ServInt since October of 1999, and as her responsibilities have grown she has worked hard to maintain strong personal interactions with our clients. Her belief in the importance of customer communication and interaction informs her work as Controller. Ms. Molina graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Finance.
